Snickerdoodles
Ingredients:
1 cup salted butter, softened not melted
1 ½ cups Mannix FL Organic Vanilla Sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon Mannix 2x Vanilla Extract
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
Sugar Coating: ¼ cup Mannix FL Organic Vanilla Sugar

Directions:
​Cream butter; gradually add all but ¼ cup of vanilla sugar, mixing well. Stir in Mannix Vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar to creamed mixture. Mix well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and then roll in sugar coating. (I do this in a ziplock bag.) Place balls 2 inches apart on parchment paper-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks and cool.

Yield: about 4 dozen.
