2 Pears peeled, cored and sliced
2 Nectarines cored and sliced
1/3 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon Mannix Organic Ground Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 stick of butter (softened)
1/4 Cup Mannix Vanilla-Sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Cup flour
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut up the fruit and put into a medium mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup sugar, ground vanilla and cinnamon. Stir.
In a seperate bowl, stir together the flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder. Cut in the butter with a butter knife until the flour mixture crumbles.
Spread the fruit in a 9x9 (or any small) baking dish and cover with the crumble topping. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is lightly browned.
