Very Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
3/4 cup of softened butter (1-1/2 sticks)
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon double-strength Mannix Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup half and half
With an electric mixer, cream butter in a large mixing bowl. Add half and half. Slowly beat in the confectioners' sugar until smooth and creamy, about two minutes. Mix in Mannix Vanilla Extract.
