In 2001, after extensive research, the Mannix family bottled our first batch of double-strength vanilla extract as special holiday gifts for friends and family. We used a naturally aged, cold extraction process and placed organic vanilla beans in every bottle - a process we are proud to continue today.
Encouraged by the response to our premium vanilla extract, the family began selling it at seasonal festivals and arts and crafts shows. We've since expanded both our products and our presence - selling weekly at our local farmer’s markets, offering our products online, providing recipes, and creating the finest gourmet vanilla products like our new vanilla sugar and vanilla-infused olive oil.
We are pleased to announce Mannix Vanilla is now available for retail and restaurant sales and look forward to growing our business as our family grows.
